From adding a simple bumper to a year long build , we fully plan and engineer all of our designs out to make sure its exactly how you imagined it.

The CAD difference

All of our projects undergo significant CAD (computer aided design) in order to maintain efficiency, keep tolerances tight, and keep prices low.

3D Scanning

We now offer 3D scanning! Either if you want to fully design the project yourself or need a part modeled, we now can scan parts to make a physical part into a CAD file, or any other type you might need

For the more experienced fabricator that is looking for consulting or a full design layout, we can keep help with the design and planning of a full build/

R&D / Prototyping

CAD Access

For R&D / prototyping one of the hardest steps is ensuring your new parts will fit how they should. At Vulcan we have full access to most vehicles for OEM CAD files and top 3D scanned parts. This allows us to help you with your design, making sure parts will fit correctly and not interfere with each other, before final production occurs.

If we do not have access to what you need, we also offer 3D scanning on site to suit your needs.

Fabrication

TIG Welding

For any high end fabrication, TIG is the only process to even consider, and the only process we provide.

Material

Along with our 3D CAD design we also use only the best materials to work with your budget and what your application requires, such as chromoly, DOM tubing, stainless steel, or titanium fabrication.

Other Applications

Although we specialize in hard use off road fabrication, we can also accommodate other vehicle types such as drag vehicles, circle track cars, classics, and many more

DOM, chromoly, we can work with any quality material. We always MANDREL bend everything, so you can rest assured the work is as close to visually and structurally perfect as you can get
